Warranty, Repair & Loan Policy

  1. ⁠A minimum of 3 working days is required for items sent in for repair.

  2. Hardware purchases come with the manufacturer’s warranty period (carry-in), except for power adaptors unless otherwise stated.

  3. One-to-one replacement for faulty hardware will be provided within 1 week from the date of purchase, subject to inspection by our technicians and excluding any physical damage.

  4. Alma Technology Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part, instead of repairing it.
      • ⁠Replaced products or parts become the property of Alma Technology Sdn. Bhd.
      • ⁠Replacement may involve refurbished parts.
      • ⁠Replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period.
5. Loan products are limited to a maximum of 14 working days.
      • ⁠If not returned on time or if terms are not fulfilled, the product will be considered sold.
      • ⁠Products must be returned in perfect condition and original packaging, as provided at the time of loan.
