Warranty, Repair & Loan Policy
- A minimum of 3 working days is required for items sent in for repair.
- Hardware purchases come with the manufacturer’s warranty period (carry-in), except for power adaptors unless otherwise stated.
- One-to-one replacement for faulty hardware will be provided within 1 week from the date of purchase, subject to inspection by our technicians and excluding any physical damage.
- Alma Technology Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part, instead of repairing it.
- Replaced products or parts become the property of Alma Technology Sdn. Bhd.
- Replacement may involve refurbished parts.
- Replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period.
5. Loan products are limited to a maximum of 14 working days.
- If not returned on time or if terms are not fulfilled, the product will be considered sold.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition and original packaging, as provided at the time of loan.
